Returns and Cancellation

Before ordering the books, please make sure you have ordered correct Books because there is Cancellation charges. 

  • Refund in Bank Account : Amount will be refunded after deduction of 10% (Two Way Payment Gateway Charge) in your same account which you have used.

- You may cancel your order any time before dispatch. After dispatched Cancellation is not Possible.

● If the order has already been shipped and you receive Damaged, Defective, Item not as described then There is option available RETURN ORDER in Mobile App or whats'app on 9593192389

● BOOKS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Only defective books can be replace

- if you reject the parcel, two way actual courier charges will applicable (Minimam Rs. 100 or Actual charge whichever higher) per item will be deducted.

● If anandapublishersmedicalbook.in is unable to fulfill your order either fully or partially (in case of non-availability of items) the corresponding Full amount will be refunded to your account.

● In case you received a wrong item from us, please send back the items neatly packed to the following address:

In this case, the reverse shipment charges will be borne by us and will be refunded.

● It is important to remember that the item(s) must be unused and in good condition. If the item(s) do not reach us in good condition, then atithibooks.com has the right to waive the refund policy.

If you have received a damaged or defective product or if it is not as described, you can raise a replacement request on the Website/App/Mobile site within 10 days of receiving the product.

The refund process usually takes from 3 days to 7 days to reflects amount in your account.

Please note that atithibo has no control over the bank process and does not bear any responsibility for the same.


If transaction fails and the amount is debited from your account, the amount will automatically be refunded to you as per the payment gateway and bank policies. Normal time : 24-48 Hours

We do not replace or exchange the books.

Only Defective books can be replaced within 10 days of the Delivery.

Upon completing a Transaction, you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product and/or service. Any request for refund must be submitted within three days from the date of the Transaction or such number of days prescribed on the Platform, which shall in no event be less than three days. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any requests.
